New 2025 Class Schedule
We are excited to offer Sculpt every weekday, starting Monday January 13! Here is an overview of the classes we offer:
Dance The Original Dallas Dance Fitness class! You can expect a range of dance styles, music genres, and levels of choreography in each class. Our playlists are designed to give you a great workout and to help you improve your dance skills at any level (including absolute beginners - don’t be scared yall!). There is nothing like dance for cardio fitness, brain health and the pure joy of movement!
Dance & Sculpt Combines our cardio dance routines with a full-body sculpt workout! You can expect less complex, higher cardio dance routines to ensure you get your sweat on, and fun sculpt routines using anything from resistance bands and loops, to gliding discs and dumbbells. This is a great way to add strength training to your fitness routine in a time-efficient way!
Breakdown Learn our choreography in detail with each move demonstrated and explained, and the opportunity to ask any questions you may have. This class is perfect for beginners who want to learn at a slower pace, and for more advanced dancers who want to improve their technique with our highly skilled instructors. And it’s still a GREAT workout - you will definitely sweat!
Sculpt Snacks Get your sculpt on between our 8:30 and 10:00AM classes on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday! These classes are about 20 minutes long and give you a fun and effective full-body strength training workout before or after your dance class. Sculpt snacks are FREE for anyone attending a dance or breakdown class that day!
